Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry, mentor, or franchise application on our website, we collect the details you provide, including your name, phone number, and any other information you choose to share in the form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, process your application, and keep you informed about EduSiddhi services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Contact Consent

By submitting a form, you agree that EduSiddhi may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp on the phone number you provide for purposes related to your enquiry or application.

4. Third-Party Services

Our forms are processed through third-party services such as Web3Forms to deliver submissions to our team. These services handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies and we do not store your data on our own servers.

5. Data Retention & Where Your Data Lives

EduSiddhi does not operate a database, CRM, or any server-side storage of personal information. Your data lives only in the following places:

  • Email inbox: form submissions (enquiry, mentor, franchise) are delivered as emails to our team via Web3Forms. The only copy of your data we hold is the email itself in our inbox.
  • Google Analytics: aggregated analytics data (IP, device, geo, pages visited) is held by Google on our behalf. We access reports, not individual records.
  • Your browser: your theme preference (light/dark) is stored only in your own browser's local storage.

We retain enquiry and application emails only for as long as needed to address your request and maintain internal records.

6. Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics

This website uses the following technologies:

  • Local storage: used only to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode).
  • Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and approximate location. This data is processed by Google on our behalf and is used in aggregate to improve the website.
  • Third-party links: our pages may contain links to social media (Instagram, Facebook) and messaging services (WhatsApp). When you click these links, those services may set their own cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Consent Management

By continuing to use this website, you consent to the use of cookies and analytics as described above. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website, disable cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private/incognito mode.

8. Your Rights (India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because EduSiddhi does not store personal information on our own servers, here's how those rights work in practice:

  • Access: we can confirm whether we have received an enquiry, mentor, or franchise application from you by checking our email inbox.
  • Correction: we can correct or update the details in the email we received.
  • Erasure: we will delete the relevant email(s) from our inbox and any forwarded copies. Once deleted from our inbox, your personal data is no longer held by EduSiddhi. Note: Web3Forms may retain a transient copy in their own logs as part of their service — governed by their privacy policy.
  • Withdraw consent for contact: tell us to stop contacting you and we will remove your number from our records and not call/WhatsApp again.
  • Analytics data: held by Google, not by us.
  • Grievance redressal: if your concerns are not resolved, you may lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer by contacting us below.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hr@edusiddhi.com with the appropriate subject line:

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required under applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

We may collect information about students as provided by their parents or guardians. We encourage parents to submit such information and to contact us with any privacy concerns regarding their child's data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
